Kashiwa campus, the University of Tokyo

We have arranged blocks of rooms in the Crest Hotel and Mitsui Garden Hotel, both are about 30 min of bus ride from the Kashiwa campus, and in the Hotel Villa Fontaine in downtown Tokyo, about one hour trip of train and bus to the campus. The participants of the conference will get a special rate in the Crest Hotel and Mitsui Garden Hotel. After you register, you will receive via email instructions on how to book a room in these hotels.

Free shuttles will be provided to carry participants to Kashiwa campus in the morning, and back to the hotels in Kashiwa in the evening:
