Recently, existence of huge amount of dust in high redshift galaxies is reported (e.g., Watson et al. 2015; Laporte et al. 2017). It is not easy to explain the observed amount consistently with their star formation rate, gas mass, and stellar mass etc. We show the effect of the dust grain growth in the interstellar medium which can work efficiently to increase the dust mass in the context of chemical evolution, and demonstrate the dust mass is explained by the grain growth.
