In the MApping the Most Massive Overdensities Through Hydrogen (MAMMOTH) project, Cai+2016 has conducted n-body and radiative transfer simulations to study the relation between Lyman-alpha absorption and halo mass distribution. They found Coherently Strong Lyman-alpha Absorption Systems (CoSLAs) could be ideal tracers for the most massive over-densities. With candidate fields selected by CoSLAs from SDSS-III/BOSS data, we carry out g-band and narrow band imaging observations using Subaru HSC, to pick up Lyman-alpha emitters (LAEs) at z~2.2 and will make clustering analysis. Through these works, we expect to construct a statistical sample of massive over-densities at the so-called "Cosmic Noon".
