The workshop will focus on black holes, very broadly defined, from astronomical observations to quantum objects in string theory. The spirit is to bring together people with very different background and look for new ideas. The number of participants will be limited to 30-40 and we plan to arrange a relatively few talks each day, to encourage discussions.
