Imaging data from NB718, NB973 are taken in the last several months as a part of HSC CHORUS project. Recently the data reduction has been done by Ryohei Itoh and me. Using the narrow bands data and that from broadband filters in HSC SSP, I am able to identify LAEs at z~4.9 and 7.0, as well as the Lyman alpha halos (LAHs) around them. By studying the properties (e.g. Lyman alpha luminosity, equivalent width) of these LAHs and comparing them with those at different redshift from previous study, additional information about the evolution of LAHs could be found. Moreover, this research may also provide evidence on the physical origins of LAHs.
