We will present optical and radio properties of optically-faint radio galaxies found by cross-matching between the FIRST radio catalog and the Subaru HSC-SSP catalog, as part of an on-going project, a Wide and Deep Exploration of Radio Galaxies with the Subaru HSC (WERGS). We found a large number of radio galaxies with large radio-loudness at an optically-faint regime (i>21). These optically-faint radio galaxies are mostly located at photometric redshifts z_ph >~ 1. Their optical colors are not consistent with that of passive galaxies but can be explained by predominant young stellar populations. The optically-faint radio galaxy sample may include "evolving" radio galaxies that are star-forming.
