We present the discovery of an extremely luminous dust-obscured galaxy (DOG) at z = 3.703. This DOG is selected as a candidate of extremely luminous IR galaxies based on the photometry from the SDSS and WISE. In order to derive its accurate IR luminosity, we perform follow-up observations at 450 and 850 μm using the SCUBA-2/JCMT, and at 870 and 1300 μm using the SMA, which enable us to pin down its IR SED. We perform SED fitting using 14 photometric data (0.4–1300 μm) and estimate its IR luminosity, LIR (8–1000 μm), to be 2.2 × 10^14 Lsun, making it one of the most luminous IR galaxies in the universe (Toba et al. 2018, ApJ, in press.).
