1. 非線型問題と複素幾何, 岩波書店, 1999
   タイトルからは分からないけれど, Kaehler-Einstein計量の存在問題に関する教科書. この本の執筆を引き受けたときは, この問題に関してなんか仕事をしたい, と思っていたんだけど, 結局そのあと全然違ったことをやっていたので, 本を書いているときは頭の切り替えが大変だった. 割とコンパクトにまとまっていると思うので, できるだけたくさんの人に読んでほしいなあ.
2. Lectures on Hilbert schemes of points on surfaces, AMS Univ. Lecture Series, 1999
   曲面上の点のヒルベルト概型について東大でやった連続講演を牛腸くんと中村くんにnoteを作ってもらって, それをもとにして書いたのがこれ.点のヒルベルト概型を題材にして, 幾何と色々な他分野とのつながりが紹介されている. 自分でいうのもなんだけど, 非常にうまく行ったと思う. これも出来るだけ多くの人に読んでほしい.

発表論文

1. Compactness of the moduli space of the Yang-Mills connections in higher dimensions, J. Math. Soc. Japan 40 (1988), 383--392.
   Donaldsonの有名な論文の解説を、松本幸夫先生が授業でされたのに興味をもって、そのころセミナーで勉強していたSchoenの論文 の手法をそのまま、Yang-Mills接続の場合に適用して、授業のレポートとして提出した。そうしたら師匠から論文にしなさい、といわれて書いたのが、この論文である。 harmonic map とYang-Mills接続は、解析的にはほとんど同じように結果が平行で成り立つということは、当然のことであり、この結果が成り立つことは、Uhlenbeckはもちろん分かっていて論文もあることが、あとで本人にあったときに分かった。(が、その論文は未だ未発表のままである。)
   その後 Tian の論文で、特異点集合の構造の解析など、 さらにいろいろなことが分かっている。

   Liaoのharmonic mapの特異点除去の論文をそのままYang-Mills接続の場合に移したのが、この論文。
3. Hausdorff convergence of Einstein 4-manifolds, J. Fac. Sci. Univ. Tokyo 35 (1988), 411--424. Link to Univ. of Tokyo Repository.
   深谷さんが, 小林-TodorovのK3曲面上のEinstein計量の退化の例を紹介されたのを聞いて, harmonic map --> Yang-Mills接続 --> Einstein計量 と類似ができることが分かった。ただし、4次元の場合はあたりまえなので、monotonicity formula をどうしたらいいかをずっと考えていた。結局、できなさそうだし、Andersonが同じようなことをしつつあったので急いで論文にした。
4. On a construction of coordinates at infinity on manifolds with fast curvature decay and maximal volume growth (with S.Bando and A.Kasue), Invent. Math. 97 (1989), 313--349.
   論文 3 で、できなかった特異点除去定理の部分を, 板東さん, 加須栄さんに教えてもらってできた論文。私の寄与は、久保ワープロとTeXの両方で論文を打ち込んだことかもしれない。
5. Self-duality of ALE Ricci-flat $4$-manifolds and positive mass theorem, in Recent Topics in Differential and Analytic Geometry, Advanced Studies in Pure Math. 18-I (1990), 313--349.
   ALE Ricci-flat 4-mfd でKronheimerの構成したものの商以外のものがあるか？という問題について考えたもの。Wittenによる正質量定理の証明を知ったら、条件をつければすぐできることは分かったのだが、一般には難しいと思う。$S^3/\Gamma$ の $\eta$ 不変量の計算は、このときだいぶ苦労した記憶がある。しばらくして、McKay対応を使えばただちに分かることが分かった。

    ALE空間上のインスタントンのmoduli空間のホモロジー群をA型のときに計算した. このときはいわゆる Spaltenstein varietyと呼ばれる空間になる. 堀田先生と寺田さんにいろいろと聞いて, 結局Young図式で表わす綺麗な表示を得ることができた.
    ここで導入されたヤング盤のchargeは、MacdonaldのII.App (Zelevinskyが書いたらしい)に書いてあるものと本質的に同じであることを2010/11/26に発見した。

14. Instantons on ALE spaces, quiver varieties, and Kac-Moody algebras, Duke Math. 76 (1994) 365--416.
    箙多様体を定義した記念すべき論文. 1990年の京都ICMでLusztigの講演を聞いてから彼の論文を勉強し始めて, 先の見えない苦しい時期を過ごしたが, 結局ALE空間上のインスタントンのmoduli空間との関係が分かり, この論文にまとめた.
15. Resolutions of moduli spaces of ideal instantons on $\mathbb R^4$, in Topology, Geometry and Field Theory, World Scientific (1994) 129--136.
    $\mathbb R^4$上のインスタントンのモジュライ空間をバブルを付け加えて完備化したものを理想インスタントンのモジュライ空間と呼ぶが, その特異点解消を構成した. 山形の表現論シンポジウムの途中に箙多様体と同じやり方で構成できると, はたと気がついた.
    このときは気がつかなかったのだが, あとで特異点解消はGieseker-Maruyamaコンパクト化に他ならず, 写像は GMコンパクト化--> Uhlenbeckコンパクト化という J.Liの写像の特別な場合に他ならないことが分かった.
    また, この特異点解消は, Nekrasovの分配関数の定義に用いられている。

    上の論文は, 箙の言葉で書いてあったので, ゲージ理論の言葉で結果を書き直した. でも, あんまり読まれてないみたい.

    多元環のシンポジウムに呼ばれて講演した. そのプロシーディングに書いたもの. でも, あれほど何の話もよく分からなかったシンポジウムに参加した経験は, その前もその後もないな. 今では, 多元環と自分の仕事の関係も分かってきたので, もう一回参加してみたいな.
    その後、2010年に、東京でICRAが開かれたので、参加することができた。このときは、クラスターが流行になったので、前に参加したときとは、だいぶ雰囲気が変わった。

    ベクトル束に関する谷口シンポジウムのプロシーディングに投稿したのがこれ. Boden-横川がリーマン面上のパラボリックHiggs束のモジュライのベッチ数が安定性を定めるパラメータを動かしても変らないことを証明していて, それを見てモジュライ空間がパラメータによらずすべて微分同相であることを証明した.`今野 宏の結婚を記念して'と言う献呈の言葉は, コメントアウトしておいたはずなんだけど, 印刷されてしまった. それとも私の記憶違いかな.

    箙多様体の論文の第二段. 前は, constructible functionでformulateされていたのだが, それをホモロジー群でやり直した. 前のときはホモロジーの交叉の計算をどうやっていいのか分からなかったのだが, 実はほとんど横断的に交わっていてconstructible functionの計算とそんなに変らないのだった. しかし, 本当にやりたかったのは同変K群での計算で, これができたのは結局[26]まで待たなければいけなかった.
22. Heisenberg Algebra and Hilbert Schemes of Points on Projective Surfaces, Ann. of Math. 145, (1997) 379--388. Preprint version alg-geom/9507012.
    Vafa-Wittenの論文でK3曲面上のベクトル束のモジュライをK3の対称積と関係させて, そのオイラー数が分割数で与えられることを説明していた. 但し, 対称積の普通のオイラー数ではだめで, オービフォールドの意味でのオイラー数を考えなくてはいけない.オービフォールドの意味でのオイラー数は, 対称積の特異点解消である点のヒルベルト概型のオイラー数に等しい.(Goettsche) それで箙多様体のときの計算を真似て, ヒルベルト概型のホモロジー群にハイゼンベルグ代数の表現を構成したのがこの論文. この論文のおかげでだいぶ私の名前も有名になった. 箙多様体のときは一般のKac-Moody Lie環でやっていたので, アファインリー環のことをあまり知らなくてもできたのだが, この研究あたりから, だんだんと勉強しなければいけないことになってきた.

    Vafaからメールが来て, ALE空間上のインスタントンのモジュライ空間のオイラー数の母関数が保型関数になるかを聞かれた . 答えは, アファイン・リー環の指標なのでYESであった. それで彼がオーガナイズするシンポジウムに呼ばれて, そのプロシーディングがこれである. 私の結果は物理の方でより有名になった.

    点のヒルベルト概型は, 高次元のときには特異点があるし難しいと思われていたんだけど, 群作用の固定点を考えると３次元ではなぜか非特異になる. この中村先生の結果を見て, じゃあ二次元のMcKay対応の高次元化が出来るはずと思って, やったのがこれ. 証明を完成するためにあるコホモロジーが消えていることをいわなくては行けなくて, それを組合わせ論的な議論で示した. その部分が一番苦労した. と言っても何も難しいことは使っていないけれど, 場合分けしてそれをしらみつぶしに調べていく. このやり方では群がアーベリアンのときにしかできなかったが, その後Bridgeland-King-Reidによって, 一般の群について, しかも K 群よりも強力な導来圏のレベルで結果が得られた.

    箙多様体の論文の第三段. 箙多様体はしばらくほっていたのだが, PrincetonでLusztigに色々聞かれたこと, Grojnowskiの本(?)が出る気配がないこと, からまじめに考える気になった. 同変K群の計算は, 自分では気に入っているやり方. 導来圏でも成り立つ. このやり方は, Princetonの冬に思い付いた. しかし論文を書き終えるまでには, さらに半年かかった.

    日本数学会賞春季賞授賞のときに書いたもの. 雑誌「数学」では禁止のはずのfootnoteがついている.
29. $t$-analogue of the $q$-characters of finite dimensional representations of quantum affine algebras, in ``Physics and Combinatorics'', Proceedings of the Nagoya 2000 International Workshop, World Scientific, 2001, 195--218. Preprint version math.0009231.
    q-指標のt-類似とは, 箙多様体の$S^1$作用に関する固定点のベッチ数の母関数に他ならない. Frenkel-Mukhinが論文の中で基本表現の場合にq-指標(オイラー数に対応)を計算するアルゴリズムがある, と書いていたので, 同様なことがベッチ数についてもできるはずと考えたらできた. 京都でMukhinに, ウィーンでEdward Frenkelに詳しく説明してもらったおかげ. 上の[26]と合わせて, すべての既約有限次元表現の指標を計算するアルゴリズムが与えられることになった. これはオイラー数だけでは駄目で, ベッチ数になって始めてできたことで, 箙多様体の真骨頂が発揮された. ベッチ数が計算できると, 既約表現のq-指標(のt-類似)が計算できるようになる, というところは, Lusztigのcanonical baseの論文とほとんど同じ議論である. 自分で考えると, 他人の論文もよく分かるようになる.

    箙多様体のホモロジー, ラグランジアン部分多様体, 同変K群により, 有限次元リー代数の有限次元既約表現, 対応する量子展開環の表現のクリスタル, 量子アファイン環の標準加群ができる, ということが分かっていたが, 箙多様体のある部分多様体を導入することによってテンソル表現ができることを示した. Lusztigがアファイン・ヘッケ環の誘導表現を作るのに使った部分多様体の真似をしてできた.

    これは幾何を一切使わない論文. 柏原先生のextremal weight moduleはlevel 0基本表現のテンソル積の部分表現であるという予想をuntwisted affine of type ADEのときに解決したもの. 同じ結果を独立に証明したBeckとは, より一般のaffineの場合の解決を共同研究ですることになる. ([38]参照)
34. $t$--analogs of $q$--characters of quantum affine algebras of type $A_n$, $D_n$, in Combinatorial and geometric representation theory (Seoul, 2001), 141--160, Contemp. Math., 325, Amer. Math. Soc., Providence, RI, 2003; math.QA/0204184.
    A, D型の量子アファイン環の有限次元表現のq-指標のt-類似をYoung盤で表示する公式を与えた. Young盤を使ったのは[14]以来.
    もう一つこの論文に書いてある, 柏原の結晶基底の単項式によるparametrizationは自分でかなり気に入っている. 柏原作用素の定義が, 何も難しいことが分からなくてもできている.
    ここには書いていないが, 講演で述べたことを書き留めておこう. 箙多様体のラグランジアン部分多様体のクリスタルが, 展開環の表現のクリスタルに等しいということの証明がたくさんできた. a) 柏原-斎藤の証明 (* を使う.) b) テンソル積による特徴づけ(Josephの本に書いてある)を示す c) 柏原による埋め込み定理に持ち込む (1-parameter変換群のウェイトと埋め込み定理がぴったり一致する!) d) 有限型のときは, orbitのconormal bundleであることを使う (Lusztigの証明)
35. $t$--analogs of $q$--characters of Kirillov-Reshetikhin modules of quantm affine algebras, Represent. Theory (elect.) 7 (2003), 259--274 , Link to Represent. Theory; math.QA/0204185.
    Kirillov-Reshetikhin加群という量子アファイン環の特別な加群のクラスが, よく研究されているのだが, その中の予想, ある短完全列の存在を, q-指標を用いて証明したもの. 一つ前のヤング盤の論文は, 古典型のときにこれを証明しようというのが動機の一つだったのだが, 結局うまくいかなかった. で, バークレイで家族が日本に帰った後に,一般の場合にやってみようと考えたらすぐできた. 結局はq-指標のcombinatoricsの問題だった.
    この結果は, Hernandezにより一般のuntwistedなアファイン・リー環まで拡張された.

    [33]の続き. 一般の(twistedまで含めた)量子アファイン環の場合に柏原先生の予想を解決したもの. さらにLusztigの両側セルの構造に関する予想も解決した. Lusztigの予想は, アファインヘッケ環の両側セルに関する予想がもとになっているのだが, そちらの方は, いろいろと幾何学的な性質を使わないと構造が調べられず, 予想は完全解決はされていないのだが, 量子アファイン環の場合はこの論文では幾何を一切使わずに代数的に証明できてしまう. 量子アファイン環は A 型のアファインヘッケ環に似ていて, 構造がかなり簡単になっているということだ. この論文にある PBW 基底の定義は, [29]を書くときに理解した Lusztig の論文の有限型のものをアファインに拡張したもの.

    吉岡さんと1997から始めたプロジェクト(その他の[11]参照)が, 頓挫していたのだが, Nekrasovの予想を聞いて, 正しい枠組みが分かり, 前の問題と予想がいっぺんに解決 できた !

    [38]の解説と, Li-Xiao-Zhangの紹介. affineの場合, Beck-NakajimaのPBW基底と, 箙の表現からできるPBW基底は, よく似ているが微妙に違っている. その辺を解説した.

    [40]のK-理論版. 消滅定理が成立していることは, 吉岡さんと, Mapleで実験をしているうちに気が付いた. 川又-Viewhegって役に立つんですね. 学生のときに杉山さんの話を聞いていたおかげで思い出しました. (^_^)

    level 0 基本表現のクリスタルの構造を, 古典型のときには, ヤング盤の組み合わせ論で記述し, 例外型のときは単項式表現([34]で導入したもの)で, すべての単項式を書き上げることで記述した. A 型以外のときは, 最初に予想していたよりも複雑だった.

    私が若かりし折は, Donaldson不変量について何か仕事をする, のが夢でした. そんな夢が40歳を過ぎてから実現しました....
47. $t$--analogs of $q$--characters of quantum affine algebras of type $E_6$, $E_7$, $E_8$, in ``Representation Theory of Algebraic Groups and Quantum Groups'', Progress in Mathematics, Vol. 284, 2011, 257--272, math.QA/0606637.
    箙多様体の$S^1$作用に関する固定点集合を, 次数付き箙多様体といいます. そのBetti数の母関数が[29]のq-指標のt-類似に他なりません. [29,32]の, これを求めるアルゴリズムを Dynkin $E_8$型のときに大型計算機で実行しました. しばらく, 計算機使用料の手だてがつかなかったこと, 他のことで忙しかったこと, などで数年ほってあった研究を, ついに実行できたので, 大満足の結果です. なお, 論文は, 定理がひとつもありません. また計算するということはどういうことかを議論しています. (特に, アルゴリズムを与えることと, 計算することの区別を明確にした.)

    学生の長尾健太郎君の 論文 で使うために, [10]で得られた結果を, 連接層の場合に拡張した. 結果自体は 何年も前に得られていたのだが, 論文に書く意味がないと思ってずっとほってあった.

    King さんの博士論文の quiver による blowup 上のインスタントンの記述で、 安定性のパラメータを変えると wall-crossing がおこる、ということはしばらく 前に分かっていたのだが、詳しく調べてはいなかった。 吉岡君が Bridgeland の偏屈連接層をblowupのときに考えたらいいことがあるので はと、トリエステで[50]が一段落したときにいって、 それから考え出してできたのがこれと、下の論文と、たぶんその続き。

    だいたいはプリンストンに行く前にできていて、その先を少し考えていたのだが、 wall-crossing が急に`はやり'になってきたので、Betti 数の計算もしてみることに 方針変更。きれいな公式になった。

    久しぶりの箙多様体と表現論の関係の論文である。
    BravermanとFinkelbergがdouble affine Grassmannian は$\mathbb R^4/\mathbb Z_l$上のインスタントンのUhlenbeckコンパクト化を使って理解できるという proposal の講演を11月のプリンストンで聞いて、では、テンソル積は何かと質問したら、「それは部分特異点解消の上のUhlenbeckコンパクト化である」と答が帰ってきた。ああそうか、「それは箙多様体にレベル・ランク双対で移ると分岐則だから確かにあってる」と即答した。部分特異点解消は、定義ができることは最初からずっとわかっていたが、表現論的な意味がないと思って何も考えていなかった。盲点だった。

    師匠のプリンストン滞在中に某SNS上にSzendroiの非可換Donaldson-Thomas不変量について書いたら，師匠から安定性のパラメータを動かせば中島-吉岡と同様の壁越え公式が成り立つのではないか，との書き込みがあった！実験したみたら確かにそうなっていて，証明も簡単にできたので，恐縮ながら共著論文とさせていただいた．アイデアは極めてシンプルだし，難しいことは何もやっていないけれど， Donaldson-Thomas不変量, Pandeharipande-Thomas不変量, 非可換Donaldson-Thomas不変量の関係がすっきり理解できて，よい結果だと思う．個人的にはM1のときに勉強していたことが役に立ったので嬉しい．次はM2のときに勉強していたことで論文が書きたい．

    最近は、箙多様体関係の論文は、他の人からの刺激を受けないと書かない。今回は Hernandez-Leclercの cluster代数と量子アファイン展開環の有限次元表現に関する 予想を聞いて、チョコっと調べて書いた。個人的には、cluster圏を抹殺したかった のだが、やはり無理だったようだ。

    偏屈連接層のモジュライ空間を用いて、$\mathbb R^4$上の枠付き連接層と、その一点ブローアップの上の枠付き連接層のモジュライ空間を壁越えでつなぐことができる、というのを上の論文で示した。さらにこの論文では、望月拓郎氏のマスター空間を用いて不変量の変化を表す、という枠組みを、この場合に適用することにより、ブローアップ上のモジュライ空間の上の積分を、$\mathbb R^4$上のモジュライの上の積分で表す、という公式を証明した。今まで、インスタントンの数え上げに関して技術的な進歩であり、たとえば物質場付きの場合も、なしの場合と同じように取り扱うことができるようになった。個人的には、K理論の場合に、川又-Viewhegの消滅定理を用いて証明していたところを、なしにできたところがうれしい。(消滅定理を消滅させた。)

    [46], [50]をやったあと、トリエステのG\"ottscheのうちで、三人で望月拓郎 氏の本を眺めながら、物質場付きのときに同じ議論を使えば、Witten予想が証 明できるはずだね、と話し合っていた。で、偏屈連接層の論文で物質場付きの 場合も扱えるようになったので、やってみた。論文の完成前に 12月に東大で講 演の一週間前に、一ヶ所の留数を見落としていることが判明して大いに慌てた。 吉岡くんは、まだできているか分かりませんよ、といっていたにも関わらず、 あわてて講演するからそういうことになる。反省。結局、この留数には大きな 意味があることが、あとで分かった。

    ポスドクセミナーで、ポスドクの人たちがちっともしゃべってくれないので、と[BFFR] の finite W-algebra と Laumon space の論文を、handsaw quiver variety の言葉で説明する、連続講演を行った。途中で、[BFFR]の整構造の定式化があまりよくないところが見つかったので、それを直して、既約表現の 指標公式を与える結果を導いて、論文にした。
    arXivに投稿したところ、Losevから、指標公式はすでに証明してある、というメールがあり、ver.2 で引用をしておいた。ただ、私のやり方は、Kazhdan-Lusztig予想のA型のときの別証明も与えているので、まったく違うやり方といっていいだろう。

    インスタントンのモジュライ空間の同変交叉ホモロジー群に，W代数の表現の構造が入る，という いわゆるAGT予想を証明したもの．A型の場合は， Maulik-Okounkov, Schiffmann-Vasserotによって証明 されていたが，それをADE型に拡張した．（BCFG型のときは技術的な問題があり，証明はできていない．） ただし，先行結果は同変ホモロジーを局所化しているので，W代数に整構造を定義して，局所化する前の 同変ホモロジー群に表現を構成しているところは，A型でも新しいと考えている． アファイン・リー環の幾何学的佐武は，レベル１のときはできると Braverman が言っていたので， それから共同研究を始めたように記憶しているが，結果としては AGT の証明になった．

    2014年の9月にWarwick で行われたシンポジウム`` Warwick EPSRC Symposium: McKay correspondence, Orbifolds, Quivers'' で、Hananyのmonopole formulaに関する講演を聞き、その公式を復元するようにCoulomb branch をどのように定めたら よいか考えはじめた。はじめは, conifoldの場合のrefined Donaldson-Thomas不変量の長尾くんたちの計算 に似ていると思ったので、その延長線で考えていたが、途中でChern-Simons函数を使ったほうが自然に枠組みが見えてくることに気がついた。

    [68]のmonopole formula を復元する話をコロンビアのセミナーでしたあと，Bravermanが Bezrukavnikov-Finkelberg-Mirkovicの昔の結果は，pure gauge理論の場合にクーロン枝を作って いることになるので，それをmodifyすれば，座標環が定義できると言ってきた．それから始めた のがこの共同研究である．書き出したらどんどん長くなってしまったので，分けることにして， 最初がこの論文である．Bezrukavnikov-Finkelberg-Mirkovicの論文より丁寧に積の定義を説明 しているので，読みやすくなっているのではないだろうか？

    クーロン枝の論文の第二段である．読めば分かるとは思うが，この論文には私の寄与はほとんどなく， 他の二人の共同研究者の成果である．最初にモノポールのモジュライ空間になるはずだ，くらいは言った かもしれないが，記憶ははっきりしない．書いているうちにKamnitzerたちのshifted Yangianが量子化 と関係していることも分かってきて，相談して結局Appendixは共著で書いた．そのあと，クーロン枝を 用いた幾何学的佐武対応が，少なくともアファインA型のときはできそうな気配が見えてきたので， 一般の場合の定式化を行った．

    共著者の高山くんは，当時博士の学生で，クーロン枝の研究を始める前から，Cherkisの弓箭多様体の 研究をしていた．Cherkisに，balanced な場合はクーロン枝，cobalancedな場合は 箙多様体(ヒッグス枝)になることを教えてもらい，有限型の箙ゲージ理論の場合の[70]の議論を真似して証明を 与えた．Hanany-Witten transitionをbow varietyの同型写像として理解し，それを使って 弓箭多様体が特別な場合にべき零多様体とSlodowy切片の交叉になっていることを示した．それまで， 物理で使われる Hanany-Witten transition というものがある，ということは聞いていたが， 数学では何のことか分かっていなかっただろうと思う．Dブレーンの話も，ミラー対称性の 枠組みの中で，カラビ・ヤウの連接層や，ラグランジアン部分多様体としては数学でも親しみが あるが，インスタントンやモノポールが出てくる話は，この論文までは知られていなかったのではないか．

    Maulik-Okounkovのstable envelopeにより ヤンギアンの余積の幾何学的な理解ができ，有限型だけ でなく，アファイン・ヤンギアンにも余積が定義できるはずと考えて，文献を探すと，Guayの アファインA型の 論文 が見つかった．余積は，この式で定義できると書いてあって証明がなかったので，どうwell-defined であることを示すのかメールでポイントを聞いて，一般の型の場合に一般化した論文である． 幾何は使わず，基本的に計算だけしか使っていない初等的な証明である．
    レフェリーからは有限型のときも出版された証明がないことを注意しておくように言われた． 聞いてはいないが，有限型の場合は少なくともDrinfeldのノートはあるはずだ.

    Yiqiang Li の箙多様体の対合とその固定点を議論した 論文が書かれたので，reflection functor の論文を書いたときにサボって書かなかった，ALE空間の上の古典群のインスタントンのADHM記述 を書いた．対合の固定点の例になっているが，Liさんの論文では考察されていない例になっている． Douglas-Mooreの論文では，古典群 の場合も取り扱っているが，それは特異点解消をする前のユークリッド空間の商の場合である． Kronheimerと論文[10]を書いたときには，特異点解消の場合が分からなかったので，論文に もそのように言及した．

    CaltechにGukovをたずねたときにwild Higgs束のモジュライの話を聞いたので，それはTQFTができる ということか，と質問したことから始まった共同研究である．wild Higgs束のモジュライは何も知らず， Argyres-Douglas理論も何も知らなかったので，途中でいろいろと教えてもらい，$\mathbb C^*$作用の 固定点が有限個になることの幾何学的な証明を思いついた．

    [70]に書いたクーロン枝による幾何学的佐武対応を，アファインA型の場合に弓箭多様体を用いて 証明した．議論のポイントを明らかにするために，使っているクーロン枝の性質を公理化して， それを示すことができれば，幾何学的佐武対応が従う，という形で議論した．通常の有限次元 の幾何学的佐武対応で，群作用を使って議論しているところを，クーロン枝のfactorizationを 使うように変更することがメインのアイデアで，あとは $\mathfrak s\mathfrak l_2$への reductionを用いる．

    [70]で，対称とは限らない箙ゲージ理論のクーロン枝を，対称な場合のクーロン枝の対合の固定点として 扱っているのだが，正しい定式化ではない気がして， Geiss, Leclerc, Schrerを参考にして，アファイン・グラスマンを箙の頂点ごとに取り替える ことを考えた．Bravermanに言ったところ，Weekesも同じことをやっていると言われたので，共同研究 にした．私のやり方とWeekesのやり方は微妙に違っていて，結局は Weekesのやり方のほうが正しかった ということだと思う．量子化も通常の場合と同様に議論できるが，その既約表現を解析すると，自然に 箙の unfolding が起こり，対称な場合の固定点集合の上の偏屈層で統制されることが分かった．

    Gyenge, Nmethi and Szendriの予想を 聞いたのは，2018年のMSRIのプログラムに参加していたときだと思うが，もしかしたら， その前だったかもしれない．単純特異点を持つ曲面のヒルベルト概形の性質に関係して，Szendriと rational smoothnessと関係しているのでは，などと指摘していたのだが， 論文で，単純特異点を持つ曲面のヒルベルト概形 が箙多様体であることが示されたので，真剣に考えて予想を解決した．予想は，量子アファイン展開環 の標準加群の量子次元が，ある特別に選ばれた１のべき根において，１になるということから従うこと が分かった．この主張はレベル０基本表現のときにチェックすれば良く，その場合は量子次元を計算 するのは簡単なので，計算してみると確かに１になっていた．この性質は不思議に思ったので，周りに 聞いてみると，直井さんから国場さんがKirillov-Reshetikhin加群について，予想したことの特別な 場合になっていることが分かった．また，AD型，E6型のときは一般の場合の予想が示されているが， それ以外の場合は未解決である．

    [67]がほぼ完成したときに，何か応用はないか，と皆で考えて，Ginzburgの偏屈層による合成積代数 の解析を，インスタントンのモジュライ空間とW代数の場合に考えたらどうだろう，と提案した．よく 考えてみると，zastava空間の場合に同じ問題を考えると，Kazhdan-Lusztig予想の別証明を与えている ことが分かった．それをまとめたのがこの論文である．（アファイン・リー環の場合，W代数の場合は， まだきちんと細部をチェックしていない．） 固定点集合の解析で，parabolic category O の場合なども含めて，一般的にできるところが この証明の面白い点である．
