- Multi-frequency observations of Blazars (1995-present);
- Study of non-thermal emission from SNRs and gamma-ray binaries (2000 –present);
- Hard X-ray detector development for Astro-E and Astro-E2 (1993-present);
- Development of Semiconductor Compton Camera based on Si and CdTe for future X-ray/Gamma-ray satellites (1995-present);
- Development of the ASTRO-H satellite as the PI/Project Manager (2008-present)
